Patting Pets For Relaxation

 

 

 

Pets, cats, dogs, chickens - animals bring such a calmness to the lives of their families and they do become family members in their own right. Such loyalty, such love. 

Pets actually take away a lot of stresses and tension from us. They take that energy just by being around you.They know when you're sad, they know when you want to be alone. Patting a dog, a cat, a pet, just calms everything that you are. The animal will be there for you.

If you don't have a pet, go to a friends place that might have one or go to a petting zoo if one's in town. Pat an animal and get into that feeling of relaxation.
