Your acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions is required prior to participation in Crystal Workshops as run by Kelly Flack. By participating in these workshops, you expressly agree to the following terms and conditions:
Crystal Workshops Terms, Conditions & Cancellations
Full payment is required to secure your booking. Payment can be made via the "Buy Now" button for each specific crystal workshop on the crystal workshop booking page at https://kellyflack.com/crystal-workshop.php
During all workshops I will request permission to take photographs and/or video recordings during our time together for use in my website and social media for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, that’s no problem, please me know at the time.
Spots are limited to first in first served. 8 spots per class. Tickets are non-refundable. Once they are sold there are no more spots.
The "Introduction To Working With Crystals" online course is a free bonus that is given with every ticket purchased. It will be manually delivered when payment has been processed. I suggest you make your way through the online course before the live workshop only if you have time. It's not necessary though.
If you are sick on the day please stay home and get better instead to avoid sharing it with the entire class. If you do get sick or simply aren't able to make it for some reason, you are welcome to
- transfer your spot to a friend for the same day class
- OR you can drop by at a later date (within 4 weeks of the workshop date) to pick up the workshop booklet, crystal bags, cards and your crystals (that I will intuitively choose for you)
- OR I can post them to you via Australia Post (postage and handling of $11 is required).
This way, you won't miss out on anything :)
A workshop may be cancelled by me due to insufficient student numbers or unforeseen circumstances (ie illness). In this event, you will be offered a full refund or an option to transfer your monies to another workshop or energy treatment of your choice.
If you are unwell with cold, flu or covid symptoms, please do NOT attend the workshop. Contact Kelly to let her know so she can organise a way to get the course materials to you so you can go through them at your own pace and in your own time.
You acknowledge and agree that you are not guaranteed to achieve any specific personal or professional results. These are events where you take full responsibility for your energy, your mindset and the outcomes they are providing for you now, and in the future.
You are responsible for organising and paying for your own transportation, parking, accommodation (if needed) and meals associated with attending events with KellyFlack.com
You recognise and acknowledge that: (i) duplication or creation of works are prohibited (ii) any corresponding online course access is for participant access only
You will not hold accountable, Kelly Flack (as well as her members, instructors, vendors, other participants, venue workers, service professionals and affiliated entities) from and against any and all claims, expenses, costs, causes of action and damages (including those for personal injury and property loss or damage) resulting from or arising out of your own actions.
